4 fillets White fish2 Tablespoons Just Fresh Lime Juice3 cloves Garlic, crushed¼ cup Sweet chilli sauce2 tsp Fish sauce2 Tbsp Oil3 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
Season fish with salt and pepper, then lay in the base of a large flat dish.
In a small bowl, combine lime juice, garlic, sweet chilli sauce and fish sauce, then brush this mixture over the fish.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook fish for 2 minutes each side or until cooked through. Sprinkle fish with sesame seeds and serve with extra lime wedges.

2 cups water 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup Just Fresh Lemon Juice
Parents: Combine the water and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Remove the sugar syrup from the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Set aside to cool completely.
You can store the lemonade syrup in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
