Ginger Soy Salmon

This sweet-salty-zingy Ginger Soy Salmon comes together fast thanks to Just Fresh Co Ginger Juice. Perfect for warm evenings, meal prep, or a quick weeknight win.

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet

Ginger Soy Marinade:

To finish:

  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Method

  1. Whisk marinade. Add salmon and marinate 15 mins.
  2. Cook (180°C, ~8 mins):
    • Air fryer: Skin-side down in the basket.
    • Oven: On a lined tray, middle shelf.
      (Cook until just opaque and flakes easily.)
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Make it your way

  • Add heat: chilli flakes or sriracha.
  • Greens: serve with tenderstem broccoli, bok choy, or a cucumber salad.
  •  Bowl it: spoon over rice or soba noodles with spring onion & lime.
