Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
Ginger Soy Marinade:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Just Fresh Co Ginger Juice
- 1.5 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
To finish:
- Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Method
- Whisk marinade. Add salmon and marinate 15 mins.
- Cook (180°C, ~8 mins):
- Air fryer: Skin-side down in the basket.

Oven: On a lined tray, middle shelf.
(Cook until just opaque and flakes easily.) - Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
