Anti-inflammatory Turmeric Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

2 cups dry pasta of choice, cooked & drained

1.5 cups cubed bacon/ham

Oil for cooking

Salt & pepper to taste

1.5 cups heavy cream

1/4 cup Just Fresh Co Turmeric Juice

Mozzarella to top

Method:

Method (30 mins hands-off):

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook pasta; drain.
  2. Fry bacon/ham in a little oil until golden.
  3. Add cream + turmeric juice, bring to a boil, then simmer to thicken. Season.
  4. Combine sauce and pasta in a baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella and bake 30 mins until bubbling and golden.

Make it your way:

Veggie swap: use mushrooms or roasted veg instead of bacon.

Add greens: stir in spinach or peas before baking.

Gluten-free: use GF pasta.

Extra zing: finish with black pepper & lemon zest.
