Crispy Tofu w/ Ginger Vinaigrette

Crispy on the outside, tender inside—and topped with a bright, tangy vinaigrette using our Just Fresh Co Ginger and Lemon Juices. It’s a total flavour bomb with minimal effort.

ngredients
Tofu:

  • 250g firm tofu, cut into rectangles
  • Potato starch, salt & pepper (for coating)
  • Neutral oil for pan-frying

Ginger Vinaigrette:

Method

  1. Lightly coat tofu with potato starch, salt & pepper.
  2. Pan-fry in a little oil over medium-high heat until golden on both sides.
  3. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients until smooth.
  4. Drizzle over hot tofu and enjoy immediately.

Make it your way

  • Air fryer: 200°C for 10–12 mins, turning once.
  • Gluten-free: Use GF starch and pair with tamari on the side.
  • Add crunch: Top with spring onion, sesame seeds, or toasted peanuts.
  • Make a bowl: Serve with sticky rice, cucumber ribbons, and herbs.
