Tofu:
- 250g firm tofu, cut into rectangles
- Potato starch, salt & pepper (for coating)
- Neutral oil for pan-frying
Ginger Vinaigrette:
- 3 tbsp Just Fresh Co Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Just Fresh Co Ginger Juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Lightly coat tofu with potato starch, salt & pepper.
- Pan-fry in a little oil over medium-high heat until golden on both sides.
- Whisk vinaigrette ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle over hot tofu and enjoy immediately.
Make it your way
- Air fryer: 200°C for 10–12 mins, turning once.
- Gluten-free: Use GF starch and pair with tamari on the side.
- Add crunch: Top with spring onion, sesame seeds, or toasted peanuts.
- Make a bowl: Serve with sticky rice, cucumber ribbons, and herbs.
