Air Fryer Chicken with Ginger Cream

Here’s a quick and delicious dinner idea you can whip up in your air fryer. Perfectly juicy chicken thighs paired with a velvety Just Fresh Co Ginger cream. Minimal effort, maximum flavour.

What you’ll need

  • 2 chicken thigh fillets

  • Salt & pepper (to marinate)

  • Olive oil (to drizzle)

  • Broccolini or veg of choice

Ginger Cream:

Method

  1. Season thighs with salt & pepper; drizzle with olive oil.

  2. Air fry at 185°C for 18–22 mins, flipping halfway (cook to 74°C internal).

  3. While it cooks, whisk together the ginger cream ingredients; set aside.

  4. In the last 5 mins, add your veg to the air fryer.

  5. Plate chicken + veg and drizzle with ginger cream. Serve immediately.

  • Dairy-free: Coconut cream + a squeeze of lime.
