What you’ll need

2 chicken thigh fillets

Salt & pepper (to marinate)

Olive oil (to drizzle)

Ginger Cream:

1 cup cream

3 tbsp Just Fresh Co Ginger Juice

1 tbsp chicken stock powder
Method

Season thighs with salt & pepper; drizzle with olive oil.

Air fry at 185°C for 18–22 mins, flipping halfway (cook to 74°C internal).

While it cooks, whisk together the ginger cream ingredients; set aside.

In the last 5 mins, add your veg to the air fryer.

Plate chicken + veg and drizzle with ginger cream. Serve immediately.
