Vibrant, creamy, and packed with fresh flavour — this Beetroot Hummus is a colourful twist on a classic, perfect for dipping, spreading, or adding to bowls.
You will need:
1 can chickpeas (drained)
1 medium roasted beetroot
45 ml Just Fresh Co Lemon Juice
2 tbsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- Add chickpeas, roasted beetroot, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard and maple syrup to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
