Simple Syrup Recipe

Simple Syrup aka. Sugar Syrup is a cocktail staple, used as a sweetener in many popular cocktails such as the whiskey sour and gin fizz (both enjoyed with Lemon Fresh lemon juice of course!). 


- 1 cup of boiled water

- 1/2 cup of white sugar


- Combine the ingredients in a pot over a medium heat

- Stirring constantly, bring to a simmer until all sugar has been dissolved

- Allow to cool & then use in your favourite cocktail recipe (such as the lemon drop)

- Store any left overs in an airtight bottle or container in the fridge
