Just Fresh Co Ginger Tea Health Drink

Ginger is well known for it's many health benefits, and is a great ingredient to incorporate into your daily diet.

Why not try this quick and easy to make Ginger Tea health drink:

 

What you'll need:

- 250ml of hot (not boiling) water

- 1 TBSP Just Fresh Co Ginger Juice

- Honey for sweetener

- A splash of Lemon Fresh Lemon Juice

 

Method:

- Combine your water, ginger juice, honey and lemon juice in a mug or cup

- Stir until the honey is dissolved

- Add more ginger and/or lemon juice until you reach your desired taste

- Enjoy!
